Ho scelto il Pause perché tutto il loro menù è disponibile anche in versione senza glutine e senza lattosio (è un locale informato AIC e sono molto attenti anche quando si prenota a chiedere se ci sono persone celiache, a me è piaciuto molto perché non tutti lo chiedono o lo danno per scontato). Passiamo al menù, una sola parola PAZZESCO! La prima volta che sono andata ho preso un hamburger spaziale con pane senza glutine fatto da loro e una carne buonissima cotta come avevo richiesto; la seconda volta ho voluto provare la pizza e ho preso una bianca con cotto e patate e mozzarella senza lattosio...impasto buonissimo e super digeribile, l' avrei finita tutta se non avessi preso anche gli gnocchi fritti (con impasto della pizza) accompagnati da salse. Anche i dolci sono senza glutine però non ho potuto assaggiarli perché non sono senza lattosio. Che dire, lo conoscevo già ma era tanto tempo che non andavo ed è stata una piacevole riscoperta... l'unico problema è che ora è troppo vicino a casa quindi mi toccherà andare più spesso
